just having a chat with my classmates:



we were talking about the "far eastern Asia" & the "Pacific Asia"



you know, it's quite interesting because



when we said that Taiwan, Korea, Japan are all in the "far eastern"



it is only because we are looking at the map



which has Europe in the center



then we just found out that



maps in different countries, are all different



wherever you live



your country would definitly in the central of the map



that explain, why we are "far eastern"



because that really confuse me



while I was looking for the map



US is always in the right hand side



I know that the Earth is a sphere



but we call US as a western country



and that doesn't explain why we call US as a western country



if it is in the right hand side of the map??



now I get it!!



so in US's world map



American continent would be in the middle



and Europe would be divided to 2 parts



in the end of the map



hahaha that's really interesting!!!
